- NGnathan griffinOct 25, 20251.0I have now been without a debit card for 2 months due to the negligence from this facility. I have been through multiple address changes as we have 2 addresses at my apartment. I have confirmed that I am using the full correct address. I have previously had one of their delivery drivers show up to my doorstep as I was using the other address of this location at the time. He was very rude and stormed off like a child after I simply explained the issues I have had with the previous address changes. Your driver clearly had enough information to determine where I live but he couldn’t put the mail in the box..? I have done everything from about 4-5 address changes, contacting USPS, and even consulting with banks to get this ordered anywhere else. We have name plates in our mail box and have crossed all of our T’s and dotted all of our I’s. This has become purely incompetency from this location as no other carrier gives me this issue.

Dozens of lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages in the last two years (despite having a parcel locker). Not once have they ever knocked when needing a signature. I've been home every time and they just leave a note. I've had to waste two vacation days this year just trying to get my packages. But every single time I go to pick them up and sign for them, they can never find them. It always takes an investigation and I'm lucky if they ever turn up. The staff is almost always in a bad mood and while a couple are nice, there are several who are flat out rude. They're understaffed and incompetent. It's an awful combo and it's cost me so much time and money, but there's nothing they ever do to improve.
