  My experience has always been pleasant. Tehran does run a tight ship but I trust my returns will arrive timely. Her staff, Christian and Jack are knowledgeable and friendly. I've always found her very friendly. My sister even commented how nice and helpful she was during busy holiday season. No complaints here.

  The owner is extremely rude, very disrespectful and unprofessional!!! Is not willing to take the time to explain how to do things with her customers needs and therefore just tells you to do something walks away and leaves it on the counter and says I’ll finish it for you later REALLY…..

  ⸻ I have visited this UPS Store before but stopped going due to the rude behavior of the woman at the counter. Unfortunately, this time I had no alternative, as I needed to complete an Amazon return through UPS. During my visit, she was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. I placed my items on the counter, and she immediately grabbed a package and a label and began scanning without allowing me to hand them to her in the correct order. I told her that the label did not belong to that package, and she snapped at me, saying, “Are you trying to confuse me?” This made the process confusing and made me feel foolish. She then scanned the remaining packages and walked away without any explanation, leaving me unsure whether the transaction was complete or if I was supposed to wait or leave. The only employee there—whom she had been arguing with earlier about arriving late—eventually came over to help me. However, he was also quite rude. Despite me telling him multiple times that the items had been scanned incorrectly, he was focused on giving me a receipt rather than addressing the issue. Then, from the back, the woman began yelling that everything was scanned correctly and to just give me the receipt. The entire experience was chaotic and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location. Ps… I just do not understand why no one from corporate talks to this lady About her rudeness

  Tarana Alam, store manager. Is extremely rude and disrespectful. She told me she can and will be as rude as she wants because she is the manager. She needs to be reported and fired. This is ridiculous. I will be reporting to corporate and doing research to see where else I can report this rude lady!

  This manager is running this place into the ground. UPS needs to investigate this failure of leadership and management. Extremely rude, hostile, and disrespectful behavior from a representative of the company. Looking at the reviews this has been a WELL documented issue that UPS has failed to address. Yes, the manager is the issue… just read the multiple complaints posted over the past year. Luckily there are other corporations in the United States who will perform the job with superior customer service and competitive pricing. UPS corporate needs to fix the issue with this unhinged manager’s behavior ASAP or face the financial and customer service consequences.
