  This lady here is rude and likes to put your important documents on the floor and not shred them and she like to be rude the entire time. You cant ask her questions. She so unprofessional.

  I've only visited this store location (#4106) a few times to drop off packages, but my experience dealing with the owner has been consistently negative. She comes across as rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service. My most recent visit was no different. After leaving the store, I decided to call and address my concerns directly with her. During our conversation, she hung up the phone while I was explaining my dissatisfaction. When I called back, another employee answered and claimed she was unavailable. As I was preparing to contact another store location to obtain the number for corporate so I could file a complaint, the owner called me back and offered an apology, stating that she had been helping another customer and that the call had dropped. Even after that conversation, I still contacted another store location to get the corporate number. What was surprising was that the employee I spoke with immediately knew exactly who and which location I was referring to. He mentioned that this owner and location (#4106) have received multiple complaints from both customers and employees. Based on my experience, the owner's behavior is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When someone in a position of ownership treats customers this way, it raises serious concerns about the overall management and culture of the business. Customers should not have to deal with this level of disrespect when simply trying to conduct routine business. Based on my experience and what I was told by another store employee, it appears this is not an isolated issue. When an owner repeatedly treats customers this way, it reflects a serious lack of professionalism and leadership. Corporate should take a close look at what is happening at this location (#4106), because behavior like this damages the reputation of the entire brand. Until this situation is addressed, customers who've experienced her rude and unprofessional behavior should strongly reconsider doing business at this location.

  Wish I could give this ZERO stars. One is an extreme STRETCH. The lady that owns this UPS is BYFAR. The absolute rudest customer service employee I have ever encountered. I feel horrible for any employee that has to work for her because of the horrible way she treats them. No wonder why there’s a new employee working for her everytime I’ve been. She has a problem with everyone and everything, and yells at every customer no matter how old, how young, or how nice. I encountered her screaming at multiple elderly women who just needed help with simple tasks. She needs to be fired immediately.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I got a mailbox here and the employee or the manager rather Tarana took it upon herself to go and charge my bank account without authorization. When I called she was very rude and hung up on me multiple times with no accountability. I get to the store and she was very disrespectful & lied several times. Refused to give me saying anything about my box being terminated then tried to gaslight and manipulate while other customers were in. Also tried to tell me I needed help etc which is very unprofessional considering she was in the wrong. she is not a good example of a manager what so ever. She also took a photo on her personal phone of an article of my mail which is PPI I have contacted and reported this to UPS corporate.

  I had one of the worst customer experiences in this UPS store today, 2/17/2026. Upon researching the reviews, I now understand why and there is a consistent theme of poor customer service and quality as expressed by previous customers. The Indian lady that works there has to be the most unprofessional and least skilled in customer service. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and unwelcoming. If i could leave -0.0 stars I would for this store. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to be ignored, talked to rudely, and given a poor overall customer experience.
