She needs to be reported and fired. This is ridiculous. I will be reporting to corporate and doing research to see where else I can report this rude lady!

Extremely rude, hostile, and disrespectful behavior from a representative of the company. Looking at the reviews this has been a WELL documented issue that UPS has failed to address. Yes, the manager is the issue… just read the multiple complaints posted over the past year. Luckily there are other corporations in the United States who will perform the job with superior customer service and competitive pricing. UPS corporate needs to fix the issue with this unhinged manager’s behavior ASAP or face the financial and customer service consequences.

The manager was so willing to help. I’ll definitely be coming back for future printing needs. Highly recommend!

I had three large heavy frames instead of any of them helping me open the door they sat there and watched as I struggled, almost falling down to open the door and continue to have discussions behind the counter, watching me, struggle. The customer service here is terrible. I do not recommend this UPS location and I don’t know if this was racially motivated, especially since I’m a minority. I recommend going to any other UPS and not this one we don’t patronize bad behavior in 2025.

Every visit has been friendly, efficient, pleasant and quick. One time that took a bit longer than usual was because the owner? was “using” the baby of the person in front of me as their “helper”. Child was tickled by the attention and belly laughing which made me smile. I hated to see so many negative reviews as my experiences have been stellar.
