  Micah was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He assisted me with an oddly shaped package that was being shipped internationally and was able to come up with a good solution for packaging it properly. DHL managed to get my shipment to its destination 3 days earlier than planned with a smooth trasnition through customs. Thanks, Micah and team DHL!
