I feel it is important to recognize her great customer service as we are all quick to get frustrated and point out the negatives. I also like to point out the positives. Eve never once rolled her eyes, sighed or acted as if she did not sincerely wish to assist me. I am not from the computer generation, but she was more than happy to help me get my return done correctly on my phone and I so appreciate her help. Kudos UPS Store on a great employee pick!! 😊
