A couple months ago I watched the mail carrier throw my package in my yard because she didn’t want to walk to the door or garage. Then 3 days ago a carrier left loose mail on the floor by my garage like the wind can’t blow it around.
This weekend while I was OT. And my cameras catch this carrier dropping my package then it tumbles down 3 steps. Carrier just looks at the box and walks off. Not only that, her van door is left wide open for anyone to enter! I can’t upload videos but I took screen shots..

Recently had a package disappear at this location, I called the company and got my money back but I may still get an investigation done to find out exactly what happened.

Im so sick of these inconsistent delivery drivers. They come when they want, very lazy and even delivered my package to the WRONG Address. Well, that's trash Clayton County for you. Nothing worthwhile down here.

This USPS location has a serious customer service problem. One employee, Ms. Jackie, is consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help customers who are unfamiliar with post office procedures, which is very common for the newer generation. Instead of offering guidance, she shuts people down immediately and speaks in a demeaning way. Based on multiple reviews, most complaints clearly point to Ms. Jackie as the issue. One employee like this will run business away from this location. She should not be the face of this post office or any USPS location. At minimum, she needs retraining or reassignment away from the front counter. Her attitude and behavior reflect poorly on USPS and make this location one many people will avoid.

Extremely unprofessional experience at this USPS location. Ms. Jackie was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. My partner was unfamiliar with post office procedures, which is very common for the newer generation, and instead of offering assistance, she immediately snapped, “We don’t do no taping,” making him feel small and embarrassed. When he returned politely asking for help and explaining he was not familiar with the process, she closed and locked the door in his face. That behavior is unacceptable for someone whose job is to serve the public. After reading other reviews, it is clear that many complaints mention Ms. Jackie specifically. One employee like this can and will run business away from this location. She should not be the face of this post office or any USPS location. She needs to be retrained, reassigned away from customer service, or removed entirely. USPS employees should be helpful and respectful, not rude and humiliating.
