  We have lived in this area for over 15 years and used this business regularly when the previous owner was running it. He was always kind, professional, and clearly cared about his customers and the community. Unfortunately, our experience since Raj took over has been very different. He often comes across as rude, impatient, and uninterested in helping customers. On several occasions when my husband and I came in to have documents notarized, he would not even acknowledge me directly. Instead, he would ask my husband if I needed a document notarized rather than speaking to me himself, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, we were charged separately for each signature on a single document, which felt excessive given the nature of the request. After many years of supporting this business, it’s disappointing to see the level of customer service decline so significantly.

  I’ve been coming to The UPS Store on State Bridge Road in Johns Creek for the past seven years, and the service has consistently been exceptional. The owner and staff are always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful in every way — from shipping to printing and everything in between. They take the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure your items are handled with care. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. I highly recommend this location for all of your shipping and business service needs!

  This store is friendly, fast, and efficient and has the nicest employees. The location is very convenient and I'm always in and out. They offer a ton of services too. Highly recommend!
