I called them twice before I go there to get my documents notarized , during the phone call, they told me 2 dollars per witness, but they charged me 2 dollars per signature or initials. They should be more clear through the phone so I can bring my own witnesses. It’s very misleading.

Upon walking in, I was never greeted although it was only me and one other guy in the store who was printing off some items. The employee never looked up from his computer once. When it was my time, the employee never said hello and rushed the entire transaction and was also very rude/dismissive. I've never received customer service like I did today at this location, which is why I chose to write a review. Upon reading other reviews hopefully my package actually gets returned properly and in a timely manner.

I sent a w9 to print, and one of the employees kept my info and got 2 credit cards 2 days later after printing the document. I will go ahead and report this situation. How you offer printing services and steal the info in those documents? Fraud?
