  I wasted my time going all the way to this store and the notary doesn't even arrive until 4:00 p.m. everyday. What kind of business is that??? You shouldn't advertise it, if you're not going to do it during your business hours. And if you're only going to notarize certain hours of the day, then you need to put that on your website!!!! Just a complete waste of my time.

  There was an incident where one of my Amazon return packages was not processed properly, and it never showed as returned to Amazon. At that time, I was very busy and did not follow up, assuming it might have been an honest mistake. Unfortunately, the same thing has happened again. This is the second time a package I returned from this location was not processed correctly, and now Amazon has charged me for the item. I have returned packages through many UPS stores before, but this is the only location where I have experienced this issue. 😞

  Most of the time I use the self service kiosk, the staff is usually pleasant, but last weekend I experienced the worst and rudest employee I’ve ever met! After snarkily telling me she would charge me to put 1 piece of tape on my small box I asked if I could tape it myself and she said I could purchase the tape for sale and do it myself. Then told me they don’t have the Hazmat battery stickers and she’d charge me to tape that on as well! Had she just put my return label in the adhesive pouch and put it on the box it would have been sealed shut!

  They charge $2 a box to use the tape. That's ridiculous. Won't be going back there.
