- ACAmanda CJan 21, 20261.0Second time within a year, third package, that was marked delivered. I'm sure it was. But the locker key was not out in my mail box but likely someone else's at the apartment complex I live at. Get it together. This is our mail. Those items are for my job that I'm now missing. My work! How I make a living. Because y'all are so damn careless I don't have my items and likely lost the money I spent buying them. Whoever delivers mail here is worthless. And God forbid you try calling! They won't answer. I've called over 20 times this morning and nothing.

I don’t know if y’all were busy today or what is going on but this has happened multiple times now so I feel the need to bring some attention to it. Hopefully this issue can be fixed in the future.

They are not good at delivering packages. It honestly depends on the day for them. Sometimes I get my packages and sometimes I do not. Said my package was delivered in the mailbox only 2 hours ago and guess what……it wasn’t there. If they would just pick up their phone we could’ve resolved this and I could retrieve my package this is probably my third package not being delivered to me. Whoever they have delivering the packages today on November 14, 2025 SUCKS AT THEIR JOB. It’s not hard to deliver a package to the right package. Whoever has my package now I hope you like what’s in it especially my thongs I got from tik tok shop. 🙏

We have lived here almost 10 years and never had a problem until we got a new lady. We believe it's just laziness. Tried to speak with someone there and the clerks up front just try every excuse they can to cover for her. Left my number and name for the post master and I never received a call so I have to make a complaint online. Poor customer service from this location. Received a call from post master and she is the rudest person and she even hung up on me. She says that they aren't allowed to come down our driveway or any driveway and to back up. We live off the road and have a safe place for her to turn around and she says that she will not authorize her to come down bc she is not supposed to back up nowhere. It is complete nonsense and so we will be making a complaint about the the post master also named Stephanie.
