    Don't bother. I had an urgent print job for work I sent via email at 11 am. I called throughout the day just see if they could actually do it. They don't answer the phones unless you call repeatedly and when they answered they said they 'hadn't gotten to it yet' but would by the end of the day. . . spoiler alert, they didn't. Worst customer service I've ever had with a UPS Store. First and last time using this one. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Wish I had read the reviews first.

    Absolutely perfect experience! The staff was incredibly friendly professional, and efficient from start to finish. They handled everything quickly and made the entire process of shipping my goods to overseas very stress-free. Customer service was top tier and I couldn't have asked for a better addition to Jefferson! Highly recommend!!

    I had a great experience at The UPS Store. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They assisted me quickly and made sure my package was packed securely. The service was efficient, and the store was clean and well organized. I highly recommend this location .

    Arrived at the site at 2:50 pm and found the door locked. 3 people standing on the other side of the door not 3 feet away going out of their way to ignore the fact I was standing at the door. I look up the store hours and find out they close at 3pm. No notices on the door, nothing. So not only did they close before they were due to close, not only did they not put up any notifications of early closing, but this site had no intention of letting myself or any other customers standing with me (and the ones that pulled up after) they were closing early. Scrappy customer service.

    Very poor customer service customer service. I had packages shipped to this UPS Store and was told after the fact that I had to pay a fee just to pick them up. This was never disclosed beforehand. When I questioned it, the staff was extremely unhelpful and dismissive, offering no explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. No transparency, no professionalism, and no concern for the customer experience. I will not be using this location again and would not recommend it to anyone expecting basic courtesy or clear communication.
