  They charge $2 a box to use the tape. That's ridiculous. Won't be going back there.

  Waited 20 minutes just to be told that the notary service is only available after 5:00 p.m. at the very least they should post this so people are aware

  The go-to spot for our area and the employees can be incredibly rude. It truly comes from the top down, proper training and management set the tone for the culture in this establishment. Do better UPS. You provide a service and should do it with dignity and kindness. In my experience, I was self service. The machine was printing incorrectly. Once I noticed that I asked for help. Instead of placing a sign on the tablet, the guy running the store claims he was trying to tell me, but "you weren't paying attention." All while other customers came in and went ahead of me. Of course I was trying to figure it out and service myself and assumed he was speaking to the customers in front of him, as there were a few at the counter. I do not appreciate my time wasted or being made to feel a fool in front of other customers and UPS employees.

  Don't bother. I had an urgent print job for work I sent via email at 11 am. I called throughout the day just see if they could actually do it. They don't answer the phones unless you call repeatedly and when they answered they said they 'hadn't gotten to it yet' but would by the end of the day. . . spoiler alert, they didn't. Worst customer service I've ever had with a UPS Store. First and last time using this one. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Wish I had read the reviews first.

  Absolutely perfect experience! The staff was incredibly friendly professional, and efficient from start to finish. They handled everything quickly and made the entire process of shipping my goods to overseas very stress-free. Customer service was top tier and I couldn't have asked for a better addition to Jefferson! Highly recommend!!
