- MCM CollieDec 31, 20251.0No mail at times and missing packages not delivered that shippers states were shipped. What’s the point in complaining because nothing changes or gets fixed. Maybe Trump should close the USPS system and let’s use Amazon, FedEx, and UPS. It would be more efficient, cheaper and less thefts!!

Usps has been hell they initially sent it out without a shipping address then when I put in a service address they put the wrong postal on the address and it got shipped to jasper. Ms Kim at their facility went out of her way to not only find and physically hold my package but kept working with me to corrected the previous facilities mistake. Thank you miss Kim!

When I called, Mia hung up on me after I asked to give the customer review feedback at the end of the phone call. They are lazy and slow. They are just as slow as they talk. And for anyone else that would like to complain, there is a feedback on the USPS website that I recommend doing. I've already done it. Remember to enter the right zip code.

If the package is to large to place in the mailbox then place it on He porch which is in sight of the mailbox. To sorry to place it on my porch today.
