- MBMonica BerryJun 7, 20251.0I have recently moved to the area and have had MANY UPS, FedEx and Amazon packages delivered. I have also had USPS mail delivered both to my lock box and my Front porch. 5/31 I received two alerts from two different vendors that packages were placed in a locker at my address. Today is June 6th and I have been to the post office twice this week and spoken to four different people one being the Manager and two of which took my name and number assuring me they would call me back that day and I have had no calls and three different excuses. The last being told they would give me a letter on company letter head stating USPS was responsible for losing my packages. Do better USPS! And please communicate!

I absolutely avoid getting anything shipped to me usps whenever possible due to the issues with the jasper location. I have had multiple packages miss delivered to addresses that are not even remotely close. When you try and find a package the post master is never available. I have had mail returned to me by people miles away and thank goodness they were honest and did so. Please replace this post master as they truly don't care about the values they were charged with. As always add 1 to 2 days for any delivery from this post office as they can always be counted to be behind.

Most of them fit in the bigger boxes located on the property of the apartment complex. I constantly have to go to the post office to pick it up taking time out of my day to waste.
