The owner needs to take notice when you have a line out the door and one customer service rep this does not look good. All it does is cause poor poor customer service for those who have to wait at least 30 minutes to be serviced. Angie the only person as the customer service rep does a outstanding job trying to keep up. She should not be treated this way for her customers.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, have a separate line for those of us that prep our packages prior to walking through your door!!! Having to wait in line 30 minutes for a 30 second transaction because others are unwilling or unable to prep their own packages stinks!

I can’t say enough good things about this location. The owner and manager are awesome, the staff are all friendly and I’ve never had a single issue. From Day 1 they’re been a vital resource for my business.
