VERY UNSATISFIED! You can’t even speak to a representative from this local office from the number they have provided online, you have to speak to a robot that can hardly comprehend anything you say. It’ll finally connect you to an agent from a call center to assist you after speaking to a robot for an hour. The agents don’t work at the local office so the person I spoke with told me they require money orders or checks but I was never informed that the local office does money orders there. I had to go out of my way on the way to my appt for my passport to go to Publix to get a money order because again I WAS NOT informed that the usps office does money orders. Because I had to go get a money order I was late for my appt and they told me they will no longer see me and I have to reschedule. THEY WONT EVEN SCHEDULE YOU IN THE OFFICE YOU HAVE TO CALL THE SAME # ONLINE AND SCHEDULE IT WITH ROBOT. Usps offices arent up to date apparently and don’t take cash or card. I now have to wait all the way until next week to do a walk in for a passport service. The workers at this office should have a direct line where customers can talk to them, we should not have to go out of OUR way to speak to a robot for 30 minutes over the phone just to speak to an agent that doesn’t even work at that local office. Their communication system is set up very poorly. And for a piece of advice SET UP A SYSTEM THAT TAKES CASH, CARD, OR TAP! WE ARE IN 2025! by far the worst experience ever.

Alicia was very helpful and friendly. That other African American woman that does passports was hands down the rudest person I’ve dealt with in 2025….and 2024. She didn’t just ignore what I was saying—she made it painfully clear she had zero intention of listening. She constantly talked over me, dismissed everything I said, and by the time I walked out, I was absolutely LIVID. Completely unacceptable behavior.
Don’t be “late” to a passport appt- you would think there are 1000 others in line. They are so insensitive and you would think you are completing the application there. The application is already completed. However Ms. Hades will act like it’s the worst thing ever if you are 5 minutes late for your 15 minute window appointment. I was able to get 5 passport appointments for 1 day- obviously you all are not that busy with appointments.
Buy some patience with that time you are saving canceling appointments and lose the attitude.
One day I’m going to stop by get her name and update my post.

I recently visited this post office to mail a few packages, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. The employee Alicia working was quite unhelpful and rude. I was asked to scan and label my packages myself, as well as put them on the scale, which seemed like an unnecessary extra step for a customer service role. When I tried to explain I wasn’t sure how to do that properly, she became visibly upset and told me I was taking too long, despite there being no one else in the office. At one point, she even suggested I go to another post office. The attitude and lack of support were disappointing, especially since I just wanted to get my packages sent out.
I hope the staff can receive some training on customer service and how to handle simple tasks without causing frustration for those seeking help.

Alicia was great with assisting my family and I with our passports . She was extremely patient and helpful . I also spoke with someone by the name of Stephanie over the phone & she was really nice & told me everything we would need to be prepared .
