- GGGMT-GreyJan 5, 20261.0Manager and workers was very hostile and wouldn’t let me speak, found out the worker that helped me didn’t know what she was doing and made me lose a bunch of money because she failed to do her job and not listen what I needed done as a first time shipper. She didn’t add the extra insurance I had requested and found out she never added it and never added the fragile stickers on told me when they scan it it’ll let them know it’s fragile and found out it’s a lie. I have filed a complaint on everyone in this facility

She is amazing sweet beautiful patient omg I was so nervous I don’t know why but she made me feel so relax 😎 she was helpful I didn’t get photocopy of the items I bought but she made copies , she made it so easy and comfortable I thank god for her! God bless her heart and soul BEST PERSON IN JACKSON!
