The young man who works in the front is so condescending whenever “offering” assistance. I decided to stop using them and have been driving to the post office off exit 9. The customer service there is beyond excellent, and they professionally handle their customers. I will no longer be using the post office in Hull.

Your USPS tracking info will show out for delivery for a number of days before you actually receive it. I don't know if it's just sitting at the post office, they just work when they get ready, or they are short staffed. Either way it is very frustrating. Sincerely, Disgruntled Customer
- SLSwim LessonsFeb 23, 20171.0I concur, the middle aged blonde woman that occupies this building is a miserable, grumpy, rude prune that gets her jollies making others feel as miserable as she - obviously she is devoid of any social, spiritual, psychological, or physical stimulation and affection. I'd recommend shining her on and making her feel extra special if you have no other post to go to. That good 'ole reverse psychology gets 'em every time!

I had asked if I could go ahead and pick up my package that FedEx had dropped off and very snootily informed me that "We do not touch those packages until the next morning". I asked if I could go ahead and pick it up since I was there, with my ID and she said "Sir, I SAID we do not touch those until the morning, you cannot have it". Well, excuse me you rude snob of a woman. She seemed to be oh so busy on her phone and didn't not like the fact she had to get up and answer someones question or do any real work.
