  Super rude owner. I had a PO Box with them last year from June 2024 - June 2025 and she told me I could not had any Amazon, FedEx or even ups delivered there only USPS. Mind you I am a business owner and have a PO Box in Atlanta which received all these items with no issues. So I did not renew my PO Box in mid 2025 there. Then I called later December 2025 and explained that some items were shipped there by mistake and to please hold those 3 packages for me as I will pick up in a week or so. She said yes we can do for you, it is fine. So I went today to pick up and this lady went off immediately telling me she will charge me $5/item to hold for me as it was too many items. It was just 3 and each package had a 5-shirt on it that weights less than 0.5 lbs each. I said it s okay you can bill me as I don’t mind. Then she scolds me in front of customers how I better don’t ever use this UPS again for my packages if I don’t longer have a PO Box with her even it just happened this time and I explained it was a honest error. She was hostile, rude and nasty. This is the second time she yells and scolds me. They need to hire more staff there they always look so stressed out and also learn customer service skills.

  Went to drop off some Some returns. This is the only store that I’ve been to that asked me to pay to print out the labels because they could not scan my barcode but when I went there, the staff is incredibly rude. The older lady there really shouldn’t be working customer service. Crazy to have so many complaints about the same worker and have nothing being done about terrible management here. And this has nothing to do with the fees adding up. Other locations provide the same services for free just makes no sense

  Came here to get some documents notarized. The skinny older lady. That works there (didn’t get her name) had a horrible attitude and nasty body language as soon as I walked in but I still proceeded to ask about getting my documents notarized. (Not the first time I get notarized at a UPS). But this lady here said that she cannot notarize anything if the person doesn’t have a legal U.S IDENTIFICATION. Which legally, that’s not correct. Me being Hispanic I felt attacked and feel as if she was being very racist and prejudice. I will be making corporate calls and get this handled.

  I had 3 Amazon returns, 1 Corsair shipment, and 1 TikTok return, and Shavaun was outstanding! He was quick to the front, very courteous, and gentle with everything. He made my visit smooth and effortless -with a smile. Thank you, Shavaun!
