  Mohamad has the absolute best energy and fantastic customer service! He was so friendly, made sure I knew how to understand the print machine, and also gave me a box to package up my documents. The lifeblood of customer loyalty right there! Promote this man and pay him more!!

  I'm writing this review for this location because it's the place I paid $112 to overnight something but it's actually a one star review for ALL of Fed Ex. I agreed to pay for overnight service guaranteed by noon (vs $12.99 for afternoon delivery) but then they delivered late and no longer offer a guarantee. They do still ADVERTISE a guarantee, though. FedEx has completely lost my loyalty. If they can't manage to deliver things as fast, I get it. THEN DON'T SELL THE SERVICE.

  I’ve been here 3 times in the last 45 days or so and always had helpful, friendly service. Update Tried to go here twice the past week. The first attempt their systems were down and the couldn’t ship anything. Came back two days later to try to ship my items again and now their label printer was down. I’m done with this location.
