    The mail carrier was very rude. I was standing on the porch waiting for the package to be delivered. To my address as I ordered for the package to be sent but He proceeded to deliver it to the wrong address, even after me calling out to him and telling him that that was the wrong address, he proceeded to put it on the ground, acting as if he didn’t hear me calling out, sir sir that’s the wrong address he acted as if he heard nothing I said and turned around and walked off. That’s how packages get misplaced. That’s how packages get delivered to the wrong address is careless.

    I mailed a birthday card to my granddaughter on November 6th and she still hasn't received it as of this review on November 13th. This is the second time this has happened and it will be the last time mailing items from this location. I checked and there currently are no wide spread issues with mail services.

    i came in at 4:00 on the dot, when their online hours said they close at 4:30. the guy at the window would not even let me in the door and shook his head. really?? i came 30 minutes prior to closing according to their business hours posted online. either update your hours or have some common decency to help me out for a second. all i needed to do was return a package. dissapointing.

    Told me that I needed to change the "shipped from" zip code in order to drop off packages at this location. Not only is that inconvenient for me, it is an absurd request. I will no longer drop off packages at this location and did so because it was close to work. Each employee has made the process more difficult each time. Going to start using UPS, they are always respectful and appreciative of my business.
