- YYYing Yang6 days ago1.0Terrible experience today I felt a hostile environment from ms. Tracy who the representative Maria stated is above the big boss when asked so I guess to assure me she was superior or something. Made me very uncomfortable I came to simply over night a package and not a single person was at the counter I had to say “hello” for them to come from the back. So I’d think if Tracy is above the big boss she would be more concerned with no one being at the desk of a United States post office upon customers walking in than the volume of my phone call. Representatives are there to be polite to be the “post master” speaking rudely to guest and not assuring first class service you need replacement. Tracy was more concerned with my phone call stating hearing typing on a computer needed to be turned down in the middle of me speaking to Maria concerning my return than being front and center at the desk upon guest coming in and not in the back taking a rest break. Never coming back here I don’t walk into a store to be chastised.
