The red haired lady (clerk #15) was being belligerent behind the counter and was completely incompetent when I wanted insurance on my package. She refused to listen when I was telling her the correct zip code in which to send the package. Never been treated so poorly by a company I thought I could trust. Take it from me save yourself the trouble and choose fedex or ups. Hiram usps is not a good source.
