  Worst customer service ever; whoever the Pacific Islander lady behind the counter is she’s always so rude everytime we go in. This ISN’T THE FIRST TIME. Today this is what happened: “Hi, my wife dropped off a package earlier this afternoon and the tracking doesn’t say you guys have it yet. I was wondering when you guys will scan it.” “Sir, I have 3 lines you need to call UPS maybe it’s lost or something. Why you bother me.” “Umm… you guys have it, you should know, it was dropped off there. What do you mean? Why are you being rude?” “I don’t have time for this sir I very busy.” “I’m just asking when you’ll scan the barcode on the package I dropped off to you, that’s all. You don’t have to act like this on the phone.” *hangs up on me*

  The Manager was kind & Patient !!! She helped me create my custom Holiday Cards !!!! She was friendly and had VERY HELPFUL IDEAS!!! I ALWAYS GET GREAT , QUICK SERVICE WHEN IM AT THE HIRAM LOCATION!!!!

  I used to frequent this UPS location, but after the disrespectful attitude I received today, I will never return. I went to the self-service kiosk for a simple Amazon return. There were personal belongings placed to the left, but the only customer in the store was at the counter, actively being helped and in conversation with the staff. Since I didn’t need the counter and the kiosk screen was clearly on the home screen, I proceeded to start my return. The moment I scanned my item, I was met with unnecessary attitude. The staff immediately told me I “shouldn’t have scanned,” that I “should have waited,” and that my item would now appear on another customer’s receipt, all said in a rude, completely unprofessional tone. I apologized (though I did not need to) then calmly explained that the screen showed no active transaction and even offered to restart the process, but I was still met with hostility. After all of that, it turned out my return was not on anyone else’s receipt, just as I had seen, and the staff suddenly apologized once they realized their mistake. The entire interaction was rude, avoidable, and showed a complete lack of customer service skills. This was closest UPS location to me, but I will now drive farther to avoid being treated like an inconvenience. I do not recommend this location at all. If you value basic respect and professionalism, go elsewhere.

  I frequent this, store often. And although it's sometimes busy, they are very efficient and moving the line. So, the wait is never long. The owner is always very pleasant and very helpful. Particularly, if you have a problem, I also like the fact that name she employs Young people from the community Keep up the good work. I will continue to support your business
