Drivers are terrible. Don't deliver or even attempt too. I currently do not buy from places that ship usps. Garbage.

Multiple lost packages and repeated incorrect tracking update. They claimed to have attempted deliveries but no evidence to support on my exterior camera. The numbers either go to an automated system or automatically disconnects.

ZERO STARS!!! SO, after my 4th trip to the Hinesville Post Office in the past week, only to be told that the 10 pieces of mail that were shown in my Informed Delivery emails THAT HAVEN'T BEEN DELIVERED, are not with them, that they don't have them and possibly never received them. The supervisor I spoke with said he spoke with the 2 carriers that have been handling the route with my address and they don't know where my missing mail is either. They said to see if any of my neighbors have received it, but I believe that if my neighbors had received my mail they would probably bring it over since that is what I've done when I receive other person's mail. THIS IS INSANE! I have had to tell my daughter that the 7 birthday cards from friends and family that were shown in the emails that they are just GONE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Why is this allowed or not even investigated or corrected? I hate receiving mail at my home now. It is no longer a pleasant experience and all because US Postal Service Employees refuse to do their jobs properly and because there is no accountability. THANKS FOR RUINING A BIRTHDAY AND FOR MAKING MY KID UPSET. I HOPE YOU HAVE THE DAYS THAT YOU HAVE REQUESTED FROM THE UNIVERSE BASED UPON YOUR ACTIONS. (Note to mail carrier: You were provided the details of what the job entailed BEFORE you submitted your application. YOU agreed to perform those tasks when you ACCEPTED THE POSITION. To do less than what you were told would be required is slothful and lazy. I hope your mail service has the same results and experience that everyone in LONG COUNTY, GA endures every day, every week, every month and for years now. 😡 I hope your medication, bills, greetings, and other important missives that must come via USPS are lost in the vast abyss that are the excuses provided by the local delivery hub supervisors and carriers.)
