  On February 2nd, I dropped off an Amazon return at the UPS Store located at 229 General Screven Way Ste S in Hinesville, GA, and the service I received was truly excellent. From the moment I walked in, the customer service personnel were welcoming, professional, and efficient. The associate assisting me handled my return quickly and confidently. They scanned my QR code, verified the item, and made sure everything was processed correctly. What really stood out was how helpful and informative they were — they reminded me to hold on to my receipt until Amazon confirms they’ve received the package, which I appreciated because it shows they care about protecting customers and making sure the return process goes smoothly. Even though the store had steady traffic, the staff remained patient, friendly, and attentive. The entire drop‑off took less than a minute, and I left feeling completely taken care of. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the experience stress‑free. Overall, I would rate my visit a perfect 100. The team at this UPS location consistently delivers top‑tier customer service, and my February 2nd return was no exception.

  Well I was in and out in no time I had questions about my package and it was answered in a way that I could process it without having to ask more about the situation and just like that she scanned it gave me a time we're I could start looking for updates on the eta of my package with tracking number ! Basically ups made me feel comfortable about asking questions without the body language from the clerk acting like I was dumb sometimes when I have to use usps they make u scared to ask questions because of ther attitude they expect u to know ther job ups made me feel like nothing was to complicated or to ask help with so that's why I gave them a 10

  Won’t be “pre-paying” for a label again with the assumption I can drop off in a bin without having to wait in line. Every other UPS location I’ve ever been to allows you to drop off packages if they’re already paid for. Using USPS from now on. So much for saving myself time.
