Noone answers the phone. EVER! The front desk associates are great, However the post master is useless. We have to come daily for packages as he deemed our rural driveway untravelable due to dirt and holes after delivering mail to this address for 20 yrs prior to our family moving in. Took him weeks to come out and drive the driveway himself. He was so rude providing no insite on what he would like to see done to accomidate the drivers..

Very friendly staff, even when there is a long line. The employees are knowledgeable about services offered, and try to find ways to save me money. All in all "Great Customer Service". Thank You Barbara Castelli

The manager and assistant manager are rude and inconsiderate and need to be replaced. The only reason I gave one star is because the clerks are very helpful. I had a package recently that USPS tracking showed it was delivered to the PO in Hartwell but it never was put in my post office box. All the manager could say was “well it didn’t have insurance” so they just brushed it off. Someone put it in the WRONG box but the managers don’t seem to care. I guess someone in Hartwell got a free ring!
