    0 stars if I could So rude from the driver to the lady that works up there. My package said it was delivered to a parcel locker which usually requires a key for people to be able to access it. So I checked no key, checked 2 days later still no key. Waited by the mail box to see if she had it on her and was there before she got there and said hey excuse me hey excuse me in a polite way so she can hear me and she got in the truck and left but no key in my box so I waited for her to come back and she didn't. So I called to find my missing package and the customer service lady was so polite with helping me and even asked if I wanted to make a complaint so I did. The lady even told me yes it was delivered so she not sure why I dont have a key to access it. So she suggested i put out a missing package claim and wrote down my complaint. Not even a hour later another lady called me from the actual usps store itself and she was like you put a complaint out on my employee and how was she rude and she goes on to say she probably had earphones in but as I was telling her its she didn't even acknowledge me and she goes on to say my package is on some other route truck and that the address the mailer put was wrong and that the delivery lady does not even have a key to the mail lockers so even give key but I have been given a key before by the same truck so how is another person supposed to have the key to get in the parcel locker instead of the person who actually is delivering the mail. Then the lady goes on to say its been delivered but to the it was in someone else's route like are you making up stuff as you go. Then to call me and say you have good employees and she not rude very unprofessional if I think she was then I think she was why are you calling me to try to correct me on how I feel. That does not set well with me so I called her unprofessional and hung up and now we are here writing this.

    Went in to get a package delivered. The clerk was face timing with someone barely paying attention and taking her time. I was in a big rush trying to get my shipment for work out before I boarded a plane to NY for work. she checked me out, applies the stickers, and as my card is going through she says she cant process the box because it had a logo of a champagne company on the box. I had already put in my card. I told her she already processed me and I needed this sent. She ROLLED HER EYES telling me I hadnt even entered my pin then started fiddling with ripping my tags off. She went through all the questions and the whole process, then backpedaled and didnt apologize or offer to help just got a super shitty attitude like I was the one that messed up when she ran the entire process. Every time before this the staff has been short with me at this location as well. Again they cant even bother to hang up their personal face times at work and pay attention to what they're doing.
