- MSMatthew SmithDec 22, 20251.0The drivers are lazy and awful. If you have a package that requires a signature, FORGET IT, you'll have to set it up for customer pickup at the office itself. The driver lied about not having a recipient when people are home at all times and on camera. Plus they also stuff oversized packages in the mailbox and deliver mail from people who haven't lived at my address in years. Don't rely on them for ANYTHING.
