I know most stores are busy at this time, so having to stand outside for a couple of minutes was ok but once I got in the store, one guy was giving out instructions like he was teaching a first-grade class. Then I wait in line for about 10-15 minutes to be told that not only can they not just scan a label on your phone for a prepaid website return, but you have to send it to them for them to print out for a $2 fee they are not allowed to apply the label to the package and charge you if you need them to just put a piece of tape on a package to seal it up. This is the biggest rip-off store I have ever been to. I would tell anyone to just drive a little farther and go to another location.

A sign on their door today said they were closed early for weather, but the time was 2:30 p.m., it was sunny, the roads were dry, and temperatures were in the mid-30s, so I don't know why they thought weather was an issue. No other stores were closed.
- DLDaphne LopesJan 22, 20265.0I would to give a special review for Adriana at this location store. Everytime I come into this store she is so polite, helpful and very professional. Today, I tried to set up a business account throught the UPS.com to have a client overnight there documents to me and the fees be billed to me. I called this location this morning around 11:00 am and Adriana advise me that I need to set it up online. I've been on UPS.com for over 5 hrs today. Spoke with 4 different people and they kept transferring and hanging up until the 4th employee told me they have been having problems with setting up and completing business accounts for months
