- RRRyanFeb 14, 20261.0I watched Brandi treat 3 customers in front of me like absolute trash and attitude. Customers shouldn’t feel intimidated or afraid to talk to the retail clerk. I use this place for drop offs only and it’s still uneasy feeling every time, they make up rules. Tried to tell me it needs to be repackaged when they saw me walk up with an express package. I had to tell them it’s in express packaging bc it’s being shipped express, oof. If she wasn’t so high on her pedestal she might’ve been embarrassed assuming anything.
- CCCupNoodleCatFeb 7, 20261.0Inconsistent policy for package pick up. Multiple times I've picked up a package where they request my address and name and give me the package when I show ID. This time, they said they require a tracking number to pick up a package and there is no ther way to access it or for them to find it, and it's always been that way when it clearly hasn't been. If that is the way it has always been, they should uniformly apply that policy. Package pick up is an issue, because they seem to randomly decide they just do not want to deliver to our house.

I’m assuming they take one look at the package and say “yeah I’m not delivering that, I’ll leave it at the post office for the customer to get” & then slap a pink slip in my mailbox and claim that you attempted to deliver it. this is laziness at its finest and is MADDDD annoying. I spoke with a staff and then said the drivers purposely do this because they don’t feel like walking up people’s steps.
