- PDPatricia dyerDec 20, 20251.0I have informed mail which informed me that my package was in Griffin and would be delivered on the 19th which was Friday then they give me another notice stating it'll be delivered on Saturday which is today I have not received it this is ridiculous this happens all the time because I get a different mail carrier nearly every day the lady who used to deliver my mail was on time always had my packages but this one just runs by the mailbox I've been reported him one time he flies by my house without even stopping without even looking it's ridiculous

The issues I have experienced has been due to the regional sorting facility not this office. Unfortunately I think they get beat up for the mistakes of the regional sorting facility.

There isn't anyone at my house during the hours they deliver, nor can they get by the PO when it is open. How does one handle this situation when there isn't anyone to speak to?
