  The ladies in the store were amazing during the holiday season. I went in several times to mail Christmas gifts and even though it was packed and people didn’t know what to do they were SO PATIENT!!! Love the quick Amazon return kiosks AND they even made a unique shaped box to ship one of my grandsons gift. A+ for this location.

  Always rude, always charge for Amazon drop offs, charges almost $5 a page to print labels. Avoid this place at all cost!

  Hope you wallet is fat. Want to charge 5 dollars to print label on an Amazon return. Couple were rather rude one somewhat nice employees

  Lady on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all and I ended up switching to a different store. Not all UPS are the same it seems

  I experienced one of the most disturbing interactions over the phone around 12:04pm Dec 2 2025, with a female staff worker, she refused to give her name when I asked for her first name and rudely said we dont have a manager when I asked to speak to one, she said "Oh no were not gonna do that! I dont feel comfortable giving out my name with all the scams going on I dont know you you're a stranger calling me I dont know". I asked for a name because with any business usually the person who answers the phone atleast gives a first name as a courtesy to let customers know who will be assisting them. I've never in my life been called a stranger as a customer in any business establishment, or accused of trying to scam the employee who answers the phone by asking for the first name of whom im speaking too. It was truly disturbing. When I asked about how I would be able to find out when it arrives I was cut off again with an aggresive tone and told that I should know the date I mailed it off. This location expects customers to trust them with our information but they can't even give their first names? Very Strange? She was very rude and off putting cutting me off mid conversation when I was trying to ask questions to ensure my package arrives safely. Quality Customer service is clearly not a factor at this location if employees are willing to treat customer with questions like a nuisance not to mention make false accusations over the phone that they are trying to possibly commit a crime. My only regret is that I cannot give this location zero stars. This staff needs to be retrained on better customer service skills with incoming phone calls because that interaction just cost them 5 customers, my family and I will absolutely not be mailing anything to this location.
