- SFSamuel FinchSep 28, 20231.0I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Absolute worst Post Office. My family has had a PO Box here since available to the public when built in 1937. Every time I pick up mail from my box there is other peoples street addresses mail and other PO Boxes mail in with mine. Recently I had a packaged marked as received by post office and available for pickup since 10:11 am on 23 September 23. I have been by twice with no notice in my box, gone to the window and the clerk cannot find a package. Today was the second check at around 2:30pm. The clerk said she gave a package to someone for that box, I proceeded to tell her that it was the wrong person if so. She then looked and said no package. Now that they are about to close the status has been updated to delivered to PO Box. This is unacceptable service and practices. I have also gone in and got change for a dollar to purchase a newspaper outside, today the clerk tells me they don’t make change. I guess when you call them out for doing their job improperly they get passive aggressive. THIS OFFICE NEEDS BETTER EMPLOYEES AND POSTMASTER!
