- ASAriel Samuel6 days ago1.0Very inconvenient and I was charged for a printed label due to the staff me member not being able to scan the bar code . My prepaid return label also specifically stated that UPS will provide the label, however I was prepared and printed my own label . The manager was very rude about the situation and told me to leave and come back to have it printed. Due to me having my label printed already, there should have been an accommodation . I never go to this location , as I always go to the location off Scenic Hwy and they provide exceptional service . Avoid this location at all costs

- DDDee DeeJan 20, 20261.0My mother and I went to The UPS Store in Grayson, GA to return packages, and we were met with the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever seen. A black woman who looks like she’s in her 20s immediately began acting rude and disrespectful the moment we walked in, staring at us up and down like we were a problem. When we asked her what the issue was, she laughed in our faces. While she was scanning our returns, she stopped, walked over to her coworker, and left us standing there mid-process, still staring at us like we didn’t matter. Her behavior was immature, like a child in high school, and she clearly lacks basic manners, basic human decency, and common sense. Customers should never be treated like this, especially when they’re simply trying to complete a return. If The UPS Store keeps employees like this, it shows a serious lack of training and respect for customers, and it’s bad for business and damaging to the store’s reputation. I will never return to this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
