- SMSis MitchelDec 16, 20251.0Went to the PO today around 10:15 a.m. Only one clerk helping customers. There were eight people ahead of me and I had to wait in line for twenty minutes and my back was killing me. I told the postal clerk he was to be commended for keeping a good attitude. I give him a five star, but can't say that about the management letting him handle all the traffic by himself. When I left, the line had increased behind me. Someone did not anticipate how the growth was in Grayson. The old PO only had 2 clerical positions and so does the new PO. Why wouldn't you build a bigger PO? duh
