- DDDee DeeJan 20, 20261.0My mother and I went to The UPS Store in Grayson, GA to return packages, and we were met with the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever seen. A black woman who looks like she’s in her 20s immediately began acting rude and disrespectful the moment we walked in, staring at us up and down like we were a problem. When we asked her what the issue was, she laughed in our faces. While she was scanning our returns, she stopped, walked over to her coworker, and left us standing there mid-process, still staring at us like we didn’t matter. Her behavior was immature, like a child in high school, and she clearly lacks basic manners, basic human decency, and common sense. Customers should never be treated like this, especially when they’re simply trying to complete a return. If The UPS Store keeps employees like this, it shows a serious lack of training and respect for customers, and it’s bad for business and damaging to the store’s reputation. I will never return to this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

She locked the doors earlier than the posted closing time and was on her cellphone while telling someone that another customer and I were coming in late. This behavior came across as unprofessional and unwelcoming. Additionally, she informed me that overnight shipping would cost $200, which seemed unusually high and raised some concern.
