- ADaaron davisSep 3, 20251.0Literally had been on the phone for over 2 hours for nothing to be resolved spoke to 2 representatives first said they couldn’t hear me. 2nd asked for my tracking number then sent me to the survey as I was speaking I am highly disappointed with the customer service. Just spoke with them again today supposedly got a number to there office and surprise surprise it is no longer in service.

My tracking said it was attempted but it also came with another package that was left in mailbox. This is my second time complaining on this woman. Something needs to be done. Cause I paid for this to be delivered on Saturday for a reason!! It IS NEEDED!
