- LMLinda MoseleyAug 6, 20245.0My apologies for the late review. On July 31st I went to pick up a package after I received a text it was on hold at Good Hope? I spoke with Ayanna. My mail had been on hold since the 12th and was to be delivered to me August 1st. She said they don't hold mail at the Good Hope location and that it should be at the Annex. Ayanna called the Annex and they said that they had NO hold mail for me! What??? In 4 years I have never had a problem with my mail service. There must be a mix up. Then Ayanna said let me call your carrier. She couldn't reach Amber, but she took my name and number. Within 30 minutes Ayanna called and said Amber told her where my hold mail and package was at the Annex and Amber even offered to go get it. I told Ayanna, that was so kind of Amber but I would go to the Annex and pick it up. Ayanna said she would call the Annex and tell them where my hold mail tray was. I drove over to the Annex and Tammy found my mail tray and there was my package and mail. Tammy is always nice and helpful to me. I really appreciate the efforts of Ayanna, Amber and Tammy, going above and beyond to help me! What great Team Work! Please recognize all three of these employees outstanding customer service! These folks work hard and are short staffed. I commend their group effort in providing me with exceptional customer service! Thank you!!
