So I went to the Gainesville Post Office to return a package that I had bought from that popular Shein website. Well, literally every time I've ever printed off a lable for returns, I bring it to the post office and I'm good. But the lady told me to go to the UPS store. So, a little confused and agitated, I smiled and said "okay." Note, I have not ordered anything from Shein in over nine months. So if they made any changes to their shipping policy, clearly, I would be completely oblivious to them. I get to the UPS store and walk up to the desk and both of these associates are deep in conversation with each other and I'm thinking, "uh, where do I go?" So the younger girl with black hair calls me over to her station and grabs my package then turns back around and continues her conversation with her associate while I'm just standing there like, "......." She finally starts to assist me and I tell her how I was confused about the situation because I've never had to go to the UPS store before for a return until now. This girl proceeds to tell me in a "jokingly manner," "it pays to pay attention, huh?" Girl. I don't need your sarcastic crap right now. Not only was that completely unprofessional and unnecessary, you don't know what people are going through, and we as a society don't need that negativity being spread from "professional businesses" right now. I hope all of Google sees this as well as Gainesville and realizes how dark humanity is becoming towards each other. And I keep seeing the business reply to other negative comments, saying how "they value our opinion" and all that nonsense, but CLEARLY THEY DON'T. They've literally done nothing to address or fix the issue. Either hire people that love life and people or just close the business down. Because we don't deserve this negative garbage in life right now! People are going through unimaginable pains in life and this is not okay. I hate leaving negative reviews but people need to be aware of how people are being treated.

Best shipping experience ever! I missed a very important delivery that required a signature — a watch my little brother will wear on his wedding day. I called the store and spoke with Edis, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She promised to call me with an update, and just a few minutes later she let me know the driver, Alex, had arrived at the store. Alex even stayed to give me time to drive over. Thanks to them, I got the package in perfect condition. Edis went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Truly a 5/5 experience!

Unbelievably rude manager. Been here twice since we moved to the area. Same rude service - twice - from her. Won’t be going back. Avoid this store. After reading other reviews this isn’t a one off and is definitely the norm.

Today, I went into the UPS store and received excellent service during an extremely busy time of the day.
