He then had the hotel he was at deny the package and it took another three days to arrive at home. The whole thing was a waste of time and though UPS says they'll return the money, they're doing it by check and it won't arrive for 3-4 weeks, and it was $150 so not cheap. The guy at the store was nice, but UPS as a service is terrible.
