- BBBFResearchSE “BFResearchSE”Apr 25, 20241.0The worst delivery service ever they throw your bottles out front and they don't even bother knocking on the door to pick up the empties. They'll then charge you another $150-$200 because they didn't pick up the empties and refused to come back out to pick them up. I had this happen repeatedly. I couldn't understand why they change their name from crystal water, which is a brand name to primo water but now I understand this because they have such horrible reviews.
