- JAJoseph AndersonMar 31, 20191.0Lady at the front counter told me certified mail did not include a signature but was only tracking, which is what I originally needed, but it actually includes signature confirmation which has messed up mail and now its delayed. They need better training at this location. My letter is still who knows where.
