Unfortunately a package i had mailed 10 days prior had not made it to him, yet, but I'd accidently thrown away the tracking numbers. The lady at the counter took her time, narrowed it down, and found it! That's truly going above and beyond, and I appreciate it so much!

There are days that go by without the mail carrier even driving the route in which our home is on. We have raised the flag MULTIPLE times to see if he/she was coming by. The flag would stay raised for a couple days and then suddenly a week's worth of mail would be dumped in our mailbox crammed full. Due to the incompetence of this carrier we have had to wait unnecessarily long times without my husband's disability checks which are very important to maintain our family. The final straw that pushed me to write this review is the SUSPENSION OF MY TAG on my vehicle!! I was recently told during a routine traffic stop that my tag was suspended. Having NO knowledge of this I reached out to the local tag office who gave me TWO specific dates in which these letters from the state of Georgia were mailed out. When I told her I hadn't received even ONE she told me I need to get with my local mail carrier. Since it's impossible to reach customer service for the local post office I decided to post this review to share the lack of common sense and unhard work by our local carrier. Thank you local post carrier for your inability to do even a half way decent job. It may be time to retire or have someone who is willing to do their job take over this route. There is NO excuse for the lax work not done by this individual.
