Apparently they always have problems with USPS packages? Anyways it’s been a week since my package was delivered there according to my tracking number and they’re still saying they don’t have it. They keep telling me to call back and check the next day and now they don’t even answer my phone calls anymore and send me straight to voicemail after 2-3 rings lol this has been a very stressful and frustrating experience never using this UPS again wish I had read the reviews prior to using them.

I came back and suddenly they apply a new policy or they force people to pay 10 bucks per package out of nowhere. like how are you even allowed to even charge people out of nowhere when we’re able to send and receive packages for free before?

I have been doing business with UPS for years. The manager and staff need to be fired immediately and replaced with a staff that cares. I even had a rented box there. I will discontinue that. Very unprofessional. They just did not care at all. Do not do business here. Worst service I ever saw.
