- DVDaniel VegaDec 14, 20251.0I was charged $5.00 to receive my package at this location when I was told by the supplier that would be free pickup. I was told by the customer service rep at the counter that this wasn't a true UPS Store, like a third party location or something to that nature. Just More ways for companies to charge unnecessary fees to customers. When all he had to do was hand me my package. They did nothing but accepted the package from ups and held it till I got there. I've sent packages to the ups store in grovetown from the same supplier and never had to pay any $5.00 fee. I know next time never to use this location again form my shipping needs.

Apparently they always have problems with USPS packages? Anyways it’s been a week since my package was delivered there according to my tracking number and they’re still saying they don’t have it. They keep telling me to call back and check the next day and now they don’t even answer my phone calls anymore and send me straight to voicemail after 2-3 rings lol this has been a very stressful and frustrating experience never using this UPS again wish I had read the reviews prior to using them.

I came back and suddenly they apply a new policy or they force people to pay 10 bucks per package out of nowhere. like how are you even allowed to even charge people out of nowhere when we’re able to send and receive packages for free before?
