Management at this office should be ashamed of how one of their employees treat the family of a service member. Claiming that I “have an attitude,” when all I was was apologetic for a mistake that I was very open about. Management could easily watch their tapes back and confirm that I was being shamed for such a small misunderstanding. And to say that I was “holding the line up?” As the postal worker was in the middle of scanning all of my packages. Me moving quicker was not going to change the outcome. After she covered up my return label that I had just written, she never offered to let me rewrite the return label. I had to ask, so that if my packages got lost in the mail, they could at least be returned to me. And when I did, she gave me such attitude. I said I was sorry, and was not knowledgeable on exactly where the return address goes on a cardboard box! I’m disgusted by the behavior of some people and their lack of emotional intelligence. As someone who directly works with clients and the public on a daily basis, have some class, and maybe some understanding that not everyone is perfect (like you). Do better USPS and ft Benning employees
