- JRJes RodriJul 25, 20255.0It works now, as of July 25, 2025, I called Primo to come fix it, and they came like 10 minutes later. It wasn’t working for like 2 weeks I think. They also told me that a lot of people with like a total of 8-10, 5 gallos bottles would drain it. And it take a little to refill the tank… FYI
