Visited the location to get something sent overnight and was told it would be there by 2 pm the next day. I checked the tracking the next morning and the package had not even left the location yet at which time I called and asked about it and the person who answered would not even look up my information but kept saying that if I was told it would be there by 2 pm then it will be there. I continued to check tracking and at 10 pm on the night that the package was supposed to be delivered it finally showed that my package left the location at 6 pm so I paid for overnight service and the package had not even left the building the entire next day. I called the next day and spoke with t he manager named Brian who took no ownership of the situation and called me "dude" telling me that I would need to call UPS directly as they can do nothing for me. If you want rude and unprofessional service then I recommend going to this store and asking for Brian.

I used to go this location for more a year now bc of the business, if theres another place I can go, i would definitely go there but never here. Educate your workers.

They seem to only be open when they feel like being open- they do NOT abide by the hours that they post online. I have had many days where my shipping needs were not met within their listed business hours, and I wasted my time, resources, etc. because they chose not to abide by their listed hours. Not sure how anyone can conduct business in this manner and expect to have others rely on them/patron and partnership with them for their business needs.
