  I had over 3000 flyers I brought in that needed the time and location printed in them. Raj, the manager was great to work with! I needed them done quickly and he was able to make it happen. He kept in constant contact with me and made sure what they were printing was what I wanted. I was extremely happy with Raj and his team.

  I’ve got 50 UPS stores within a 10 mile radius and this is the only one that’s closed on Sunday.

  I watched the ring camera and the guy never knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. Just walked off with my package. Now I have to track it down... cool.

  When I arrived, the store was busy with Amazon returns and UPS business. They should have a self-service Amazon return center, but they don’t because they want to charge you for packaging supplies. That is not the reason I’m giving 1 star. The reason is that I asked if they could print an Amazon return label, and they said yes, but they didn’t tell me they'd charge me for a label Amazon had already prepaid. I checked my receipt, and they charged me 15 min of computer use. I didn’t use a computer for 15 min. My whole interaction took no more than 5 min. I’m very upset because Amazon had already prepaid for the label, but they charged me $2.25 for a label whose paper cost no more than 25 cents. In conclusion, I paid $6.51 to return an Amazon package.
