  I will not be using this UPS store since I own a business that relies on consistent, stable, on-time shipping. They seem to only be open when they feel like being open- they do NOT abide by the hours that they post online. I have had many days where my shipping needs were not met within their listed business hours, and I wasted my time, resources, etc. because they chose not to abide by their listed hours. Not sure how anyone can conduct business in this manner and expect to have others rely on them/patron and partnership with them for their business needs.

  ers and the staff is very gracious, helpful and courteous. I believe they offer the best customer service. When there are long lines because the staff are helping customers, they also acknowledge potential customers in line. When it is your turn, you know that you will get the best possible service.

  Three times a pattern!!! I’ve returned several items at this location and some items that that didn’t need to be boxed in the original packaging and dropped off at this store went missing… and there is a pattern happening. This doesn’t happen when I have packaged items with a shipping label and a taped package, but if I drop a return without a box or a label as what the return agreement is ( no label or original box needed) the item is acknowledged as shipped however the return never is received. I’m out over $250 now because Amazon never received the shipment back even though they issued a refund when the item showed “shipped” when shipping label was created ; but they never received it so I got charged. If you use this store, beware because they (in my opinion) throw out your items to save on packaging if you are shipping without original packaging. If this isn’t the case UPS Store Flowery Branch how do you explain the pattern??? UPDATE: UPS CORP office did reach out to get my info but that's it. They can say they reached out but they didn't get any new info before dropping the ball. ONCE AGAIN... I STAND BY MY STATEMENT "DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO SHIP ANYTHING OF VALUE THAT'S NOT ALREADY BOXED AND TAPED. I'm going to FEDEX or other drop points for shipping.
