I walked in and asked about sending 4 letters certified mail like you would at the post office and was told yes. They charged me over double (per letter) what the postal service does and when I told Bryan that he should tell someone that he said "well I have to make money" and I said well you should tell someone that you charge over double what the actual costs is. He replied again with "I have to make money" and continued to be rude and repeating himself as I walked out the door. Rude doesn't even cut it.

When I scanned to return the scan shoes both pairs. No way I can scan separately. I understand the issue but being a UPS store they couldn't offer me a used box?? I know they have them. That would have been great customer service, but nope. Didn't even offer to sell me a box! Customer service severely lacking. Will def be using another location from here on out
