Employees at the counter are less then helpful, they just take your money and packages and loose them. Don’t ship anything from this store unless you like throwing money away!! After 3 weeks and following whom ever responded, back to this review, they have decided to pay my shipping cost back minus a processing fee. Like I did something wrong, I spent hours on the phone just to get a claim in and they sent me back to the store (that was useless). So to the employees working at the counter. You ask what is being sent I hope you enjoyed my father in-laws birthday present!!!! I am almost certain they stole it!! I now have to go buy my father in-law another (now late) birthday present.

I walked in and asked about sending 4 letters certified mail like you would at the post office and was told yes. They charged me over double (per letter) what the postal service does and when I told Bryan that he should tell someone that he said "well I have to make money" and I said well you should tell someone that you charge over double what the actual costs is. He replied again with "I have to make money" and continued to be rude and repeating himself as I walked out the door. Rude doesn't even cut it.
