What overwhelming incompetence. I first tried to open a box with this store to be told by a young woman that they notary wasn't in but that I would need to come with a witness as she was too young to be one. I later went on line and signed up for a box at half the price and when I figured out where it was I needed to go to sign the paperwork needed for the post office, I was already at this same location. The notary was at the desk to help and I told her I had come in to notarize the statement needed to open my online box. She told me that they didn't sell online boxes. I told her that this was the address given for the box I paid for online. This went on for a number of minutes before someone in the back informed the woman that this was a service given and what it was called. Next the notary told me she couldn't help me because I didn't bring a witness. I told her this was not reasonable and asked what they could do about it. The young woman in the back once again chimed in with that she would ask a neighboring store clerk to help. That person came in and spent all of 60 seconds needed to witness the form. The resentment of the notary toward me for pushing her was palatable. Weeks later I received an email that said I had received mail. I didn't open it but went into the store to be told my box couldn't be found and that they had no record of it. I fully read the email and it said that they never received the notarized form. The notary tried to deny that she remembered. I told her to pull up her book...which she did for about a minute but refused to look for my name and just blew me off telling me that there was nothing she could do. She kept giving me some version of "she wasn't responsible and there was nothing she could do about it" until I left. I think that this woman should pay the $25 needed for an online notary if she can't find the form, which she probably threw away. I think that your business would boom without the presence of such a negative and unhelpful person.

I was in need of printing off some very important documents and time was of the essence! I first went to Office Depot across the street from PostNet but the people were not very engaging And it seemed as if it was a problem serving me there were only 2 customers and they were walking around as if they were extremely busy. I explained I really needed some help I needed to be walked through the process,. Genuine help never came. I left Office Depot very frustrated. As soon as I walked into PostNet I was pleasantly greeted with a smile and the heart of servitude! I knew I was in the right place! I explained my needs and Tiffany, Kay and Riley stopped at nothing to help me! I know exactly where to come from now on for my printing and packaging needs. Again I thank you blessings to you all always. Tiffany, Kay & Riley serving the public with gladness!💃🏽

I don't have much experience with P.O.Boxes but, I do know excellent customer service when it's served up!
The three ladies there are always polite, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Their high level of professionalism is unfortunately, not echoed at most other unrelated establishments. Even when faced with irate customers. From the friendly first name greetings you get upon arrival to the seamless elegance of their multitasking during a rush of clients. It's a pleasure to do business there.
If corporate gets a hold of this review; give those ladies a raise and a promotion ASAP! They've long since earned it and it's overdue.
Thank you all kindly!

If you value friendly, respectful customer service, take your money elsewhere. The clerk working yesterday (possibly the manager by how boldly rude she was) provided the most horrific experience. I've been coming to this location for YEARS for all my printing needs and that stops as of yesterday. Never in my life have I had an employee hurl insults and just be completely rude. I agree with the other comments, the apathy is noted and a general lack of desire to provide reasonable customer service is shocking. I can't even say it was a race issue (because it felt that way initially), because the couple she was helping prior to me seemed annoyed with her as well and she didn't seem in any hurry to assist them with their needs either. Let's just say I'm so happy that I had my infant with me or the incident yesterday would've went past an exchange of words.

I dropped off a package here and the manager Tiffany was wonderful. She was sweet and very professional. I needed to print something on the computer, so I went back to postnet, and againTiffany was so helpful and delightful.
