Not only was the food great but service was good. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure that we had a great experience. We will be returning in the future.

I arrived on time for my 9:30 AM appointment and was told to have a seat, but there was no clear check-in process. Several customers with scheduled appointments (9:10 AM, 9:30 AM, 9:40 AM) were all waiting, while walk-ins were taken ahead of us. When I tried to check in, the employee assisting with TSA PreCheck, Ken, was dismissive and told me I should have received an application via email or text, which I did not. More concerning was his tone—he stated, “you’ll get the same energy when you get up there,” and repeated it. That felt unprofessional and inappropriate. I spoke with the manager, Roger, who acknowledged the situation could have been handled better. Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and professionalism made this a frustrating experience.
