    I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this store. After losing my phone, I asked the front staff if I could briefly use the store phone. Unlike several nearby businesses, they kindly allowed me to make a few calls, which I appreciated. I purchased an envelope and gave them $30 as a thank you, saying lunch was on me. Unfortunately, no one answered my calls and I left. When I returned to see if anyone had called back, I immediately heard one staff member describing me to the owner and expressing concern about me using the phone, while asking someone to check the cameras. I was standing right there. Another employee noticed me and handed me the phone when I asked to make another call. I thanked him with $5, but the situation was already uncomfortable. The staff member who had been describing me lowered her voice and began whispering once she realized I was back. Being profiled and talked about as a customer is unacceptable. What started as an act of kindness turned into an experience that made me feel judged and unwelcome. Based on how negative and unprofessional this interaction was, I do not recommend visiting this location.
