  Monday August 18, 2025. I just left here at 845am and there is this rude Asian lady working there. I think she is the manager. She didn't greet me so I said Good Morning. She still didn't say anything. So I said ...."I said Good Morning!". She finally said Hello. After my transaction was done she didnt even tell me thank you. She just said here is your receipt. I do a lot of UPS business and even though I live around the corner and I usually do business with the one by my job. She is really rude and is suppose to set an example for her employees! She needs to learn better customer service especially with all these lay offs.

  Have used this store for more than 10 years. Always a good experience, knowing that sometimes I may have to wait in line. To be expected when you arrive without an appointment ( duh!!!). I , personally hope that Sunny is available to process my business. She is knowledgeable and courteous, very business like but always efficient. Never have experienced any problem with my documents/packages reaching their destination, no matter who helps me. I don’t expect anything more. Leslie

  I recently sent two separate emails to this store to print two shipping labels and was surprised to be charged $4 just to send the emails—$2 per email—plus $0.40 for the actual labels. I have no issue paying for the labels themselves, but charging to email the store is excessive and feels like a hidden fee. There were no signs posted, and Andrew never mentioned this charge upfront. It’s disappointing to see a store nickel-and-diming customers like this. If you just need to scan a QR code, this place might be fine. But for anything else, especially involving printing, I’d recommend finding another store.

  I haven’t had any issues with this location, sometimes they can have a line, but it doesn’t take long. Plenty of parking in front of the store. Staff were friendly and nice.
